by Page Turner

Hi guys, I’m finally back!

cover image of book The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland In a Ship of her own MakingSchool has kept me busy, but now I will be posting book reviews weekly, or maybe twice a week if I am able. So, without further ado, here’s my first review of 2017!

With a title like “The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making”, you would certainly expect quite a bit from its contents. Well, I promise, you can! This is one of my personal favorite books. Travel through Fairyland with September and experience her joy and pain as she is whisked away by the Green Wind and meets several people and creatures beyond the imagination. This book is impossible to put down and will keep you on your toes, constantly guessing what will happen next. And if you’re like me and can’t get enough of September’s adventures, there are several books following this one. If you like adventure, fantasy, and even a little bit of mystery, you should definitely read “The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making” by Catherynne M. Valente.

Have you read it? Tell me your thoughts below!
